Adult Sports & Recreation
The YMCA offers adult sports for ages 18 and up. At the Y, sports are offered for adults to participate in healthy competitive and non-competitive formats. Sports have ranged from Basketball, Volleyball, Pickleball, Flag Football and more. Sports are great for adults who like to stay active through being part of a team, shared camaraderie, love of sport and competition, all in a safe and positive environment.
Adult 3 on 3 Basketball league
The YMCA Adult 3-on-3 Basketball League offers a fun, competitive season-based experience for adult players looking for consistent weekly play rather than a one-day tournament. Teams will consist of four players per team, allowing for substitutions and balanced gameplay. The league will follow a regular season schedule, with the total number of teams determined by the number of scheduled regular-season games. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, sportsmanship, and enjoyment of the game in a welcoming YMCA environment. This league is ideal for adults seeking structured competition, fitness, and community through basketball.
When: every Friday beginning 2/27/26 and running 6 weeks
Time: 6:00PM – 9:00PM
Ages: 16 and older
Location: Oil City YMCA gym
Cost: $150 per team of 4 players

Adult Dance Class with Nina
This class will consist of warm-ups and stretching for the first half hour, then cardio and core strengthening through dance moves. Choreography will be taught weekly to fun and up-beat music.
The objective of this class is to encourage confidence, strength, and rhythm while learning choreography weekly, all for the health benefits and the fun of it!
